(“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to
the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our
service.
 
Return Policy :
Return of products will be accepted only if the product is damaged or received wrong product items. When you receive the package, please make an unboxing video of the products. It will help us register your complaints and validate your claim for return. Complaints if any should be raised within a day after receiving the products. Complaints can be emailed to eflinacollections04@gmail.com
We have a dedicated chat support system through which you can register complaints. You can reach us through WhatsApp on 8886542653. Please make sure you share supporting photos/videos along with the complaints.
 
 
Domestic Orders :
 
Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services. 
 
Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstances  
 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within the return window.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Condition

  • Items should be returned in their original condition.

  • Please include all accessories, manuals, and packaging (if available).

Return Shipping

  • If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs are covered by us.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.

Return Reason Resolution

  • Item is damage /defective ( Proper Opening Video must) — Refund
  • We accept returns and issue refunds only for defective items.
  • I accept returns for defective products only
  • Return must be raised within a day after receiving the products- If weekend u can Exceed one more day.
  • Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • We can Arrange the return cost and pickup for the specific pincode.
  • Incorrect item delivered– Refund
  • Color different from description—Refund
  • Slight color variations must be there due to Photographic effect.(will not be take return for slight color variations)
  • We don’t have return policy for customized product.
  • Defective items must be reported and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

We issue refunds once the RTO delivered to us .

  • Customer return the damage / defective / wrong products next to the date of  product delivered.

Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to eflinacollections04@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp no +91 8886542653 with the order details & the return reason.

Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the opening video & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.

 
  • Free shipping. 
  • Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the Our address.
  • The products must be returned in it’s original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
  • Reverse pick up is available for damaged / defective items / incorrect item for selected Pin codes.  
  • Refund will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team. Refund amount will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.
  • All the refunds will be credited by A/c Transfer or Paytm or phone pay or google pay as customer feel comfortable. The refund might take 2 to 3 working days to credit from the date of initiation. 
  • Rest of INDIA – Orders
  • We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India. 
  • We only accept returns for brand-new, unused products that are in their original packaging.
  • Customers must contact our support team to receive return instructions before sending any items back.
  • A return shipping label is included in the package or provided after contacting customer support.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
    The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Final sale items (unless defective)
