Eflina (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates https://eflina.in/. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and compliance with applicable e-commerce and Google Merchant Center requirements.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Color significantly different from the product description (minor color variations due to lighting or photography are not eligible)

For damaged or incorrect items, customers may be asked to provide clear photos or an unboxing video to help us validate the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or tailor-made products (including fall & edging services)

  • Items without defects

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Used, altered, or washed products

  • Final sale items (unless defective)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within the return window by:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Condition

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unaltered

  • Be in original condition with tags intact

  • Include original packaging (if available)

  • Have saree folding intact


Return Shipping

  • For approved damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us.

  • Reverse pickup is available for selected pin codes.

  • For locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, return instructions will be provided.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Refund processing time: 2–3 business days from approval.

  • Advance COD paid is non-refundable. Please place the COD order only if you are sure to receive it”
    (This policy applies only to selected saree categories where Partial COD is enabled.)

Only the product cost is refundable. Any additional charges incurred during the order are non-refundable.


International Orders

We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside India.
