• Always dry-clean pure silk saris to preserve the fabric’s sheen and colour.
• Avoid Washing at Home: Never machine wash; water and detergents can damage silk fibres.
• Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Keep saris away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Wrap each sari in a soft cotton or muslin cloth before storing to allow it to breathe.
• Refold the sari every 3–4 months to prevent permanent creases and tearing along folds.
• Instead, use neem leaves or silica gel packets to prevent insects and moisture.
• Use a low-heat setting, or steam-iron the reverse side with a thin cloth on top.

• Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household cleaning agents.
• Chemicals can dull the shine and damage delicate gemstones or plating.
• Take off your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or doing household chores.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• If the order is cancelled after payment through the gateway or if a double payment happens by mistake, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, within seven business working days.
• Payment gateway processing fees are not returned to us by Razorpay, so that portion cannot be refunded. We are refunding the full remaining amount.
